Supported Browsers
The interview suite is using modern technology and therefore requires an up-to-date web browser. Currently we support:
- Mozilla Firefox 102 (ESR) and 104 (and later)
- Google Chrome 104 (and later)
- Apple Safari 16 (and later)
- Microsoft Edge 96 (and later)
Older versions may have decreased functionality and/or stability.
Internet Speed
For a good video interviewing experience you need to ensure a good upload and download bandwidth. We recommend at least 10 Mbps each (For reference: In Sept. 2022, the world average was 13 Mbps up and 58 Mbps down). The minimum required speed is 1 Mbps.
Mobile Devices
The interview suite is fully compatible with mobile devices and browsers. You do not need to install any native apps.
You must ensure at least 100 MB free storage space on your device for the buffering of video data.
It is recommended to start your video application, recorded video interview or live video interview with > 50% battery state of charge, to close (not just minimise) any applications running in the background and disable any energy saving mode during your video interviewing process.
It is also preferable to not take any incoming calls, as they may interfere with the recording process.
