Check the following if you see a warning that you have lost connection to the interview server:
- Close any other applications that are running (don't just minimise them).
- Reduce the number of open tabs in your browser.
- If possible, prevent other devices on your network from using your internet bandwidth (e.g. streaming movies).
- Check that your antivirus or firewall is not blocking the connection.
- Check that your computer or phone is still connected to the internet (e.g. you can open and read this article on the affected device).
